Adorabelshop

Adorabel is a growing clothing label that runs on Instagram and WhatsApp — where the customers already are. They didn't need a generic Shopify clone; they needed software shaped like their actual business.

The problem

The brand's sales happen in DMs and broadcast groups, and the real complexity lives behind the scenes: orders arriving as chat messages, dealers and resellers with running prepaid balances, expenses, and parcels to track. Off-the-shelf e-commerce assumes an on-site cart and none of that back-office reality. Spreadsheets and memory don't scale with a growing label.

Our approach

We built two halves that fit together. Out front, a clean brand site with social-commerce ordering that sends customers to Instagram/WhatsApp to buy. Behind a Google sign-in, a full operational back office in Next.js + Prisma on a Neon Postgres database: orders with a complete audit trail and soft-delete, a dealer prepaid-balance ledger, resellers, customers and expenses, courier tracking, and a WhatsApp chat-to-order parser that turns a pasted message into a structured order.

Where it stands

Live and running the business day to day, with 190-plus commits and more than a dozen schema migrations as it grew with the team. A build shaped to how they actually work, not how a template assumes they should.
